Formulated with 89% Hot Spring Water and 5 types of Hyaluronic Acid to replenish hydration and relieve skin discomfort after cleansing, while PHA buffs away dead skin cells and smooths out skin texture. Also contains Niacinamide to brighten skin and improve skin tone.

Directions
After cleansing in the morning and night, dispense onto your palms and gently pat/ press onto your face and neck. Or, pour onto a cotton pad and sweep over your face and neck to smooth out your skin.
TIP: You can also saturate a cotton pad with the toner and put it on your face like a sheet mask for a deeper soothing and soothing effect.
