Directions

Apply balm with a brush, beauty tool or fingers directly to the cheeks, gently dab the formula on cheeks making sure to blend the edges blending as little or as much as you like. Repeat for deeper colour. For lips, apply with a brush, beauty tool or fingers over top and bottom lip and rub lips together.
